Pre Sale Questions

Take the size "5618-145" from Alegria Sunglasses for example: From left to right is Lens width, Bridge Width, and Temple/Arm width.

Each pair of glasses enjoys 30 days fit & use guarantee and 2 years warranty.

  • 30 days fit & use guarantee: You can ask for a return for a one-time same value replacement or a refund within 30 days of order fulfilment, if the glasses doesn't fit you well or not wearable on its material.
  • 1 year warranty: Customers are eligible for one-time replacement during this warranty time (within 2 years of order fulfilment). A replacement will only be issued if there are clear defects in material or workmanship. A man-made defect or material fatigue due to long-time or incorrect use cannot issue a replacement.

Please follow steps below to enable a discount code:

1. Please copy or remember the code before you follow the next steps.
2. Please choose the product(s) that meet the coupon code limitation like "This code can only be used for Sunglasses".
3. Click the “Check Out” button in the cart page or that in the right-side cart function to go to the checkout page. You can also click "Buy It Now" button directly in product page if you only have one item to buy.
4. Finally:

1) at PC. At the right part, there is a blank for you to paste your Code like VISOONE. Paste it in the blank, and click “Apply”, you will get the discount-off price and get it at the right bottom.
2) at Mobile. At the top (in the middle of “FRUNGO logo” and “Express checkout”), there is a dropdown to disclose order details. Click it and you will see one blank to fill with Discount Code. Paste or type the code you ever meet, like VISOONE, and click "→"
3) at Pad. According to the screen size of your Pad, there will be two operating options for you, shown as above "at PC" or "at Mobile" operation guide.

After Sale Questions

We try to make sure all the orders dispatched to our customers at the soonest possibility. Therefore, the products may already on its way to you when you want to change the order. In order to prevent this, we recommend that customers carefully check their orders at checkout page.

However, if this happens, please reach our support team via Contact Us page or directly email to cs@visoone.com as soon as possible. They will spare no effort to help you.

You will find status of your order in "My account". You can find the entrance on the top-right of each page.

For the status of your package:
1. When your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to inform you the details of your order. When warehouse sends out your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking numbers.
2. When it comes to Pre-Order:
3. If you purchase a pre-order product, you can find the estimated stocking date in the order description. When the item you bought comes in stock, it will be send out within 1 to 2 working days, and arrives at you in 7 to 14 days if you choose standard shipping or in 3 to 5 days if you choose express shipping. Once your package is waiting for the carrier to pick up, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details will be sent to you.

It usually takes 1 working day to process the order. Most orders can be picked up by the carriers within 1 - 2 working days.
* On-the-way time: approximately 3 to 5 days for Express Shipping and 7 to 14 Days for Standard Shipping.
* You can track your package when you receive your tracking number. Tracking number can be found in your order status or an email we send you when your order is ready for the carrier to pick up.
* Please allow a certain delay because of availability, distance, weather, or some other force majeures.

The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. Here are some special occasions that the tracking information may not be updated in time.

1. Your package hasn't been picked up by the carrier.
2. The carrier fails to update your tracking number in time.
3. Some emergencies/force majeure stop your package from shipping
